16 km from the town of Lefkada, in cosmopolitan Nydri, you can find a well organised Water Sports Centre, with expertise, experience and complete modern equipment. You could learn waterskiing, paragliding over Skorpios island and try your efficiency in \u201cpuffy sports\u201d like fly-fish, banana, crazy sofa, big mable etc.<\/p>\n

On the south of the Island, at 38 klm from the city of Lefkada, lies the bay of Vassiliki, which apart from a surfers\u2019 paradise it has on its West leeward side \u201clakelike conditions\u201d during the whole day. These conditions are ideal for water skiing and wake board. On this side of the bay, in an environment where all safety rules are kept, there is a water sports center that initiates the visitors to the secrets of waterskiing and those of the wake board.
